Q. How do I buy a voucher?
To purchase a voucher click the "Buy Now" or “add to basket” button next to the deal you’re interested in. Payment can be made via credit card payment using Sage Pay. Details of your transactions can be found within your TopTownDeals account.
Q. How long will it take to receive my voucher?
As soon as your order has been confirmed you will receive an email from us with your voucher attached (please remember to check your junk / spam folder as vouchers can sometimes end up here).
You will also have access to your voucher from within the "My Account
" section of the website under "My Deals
Q. Am I able to use more than one voucher per transaction?
You may only use one voucher per transaction.
Q. Can the voucher only be used by me or can it also be used for people with me?
The voucher is generally valid for you and those accompanying you. However this may differ between establishments so please check the voucher’s terms and conditions before purchasing.
Q. How long are vouchers valid for?
This will be printed on the front of the voucher and will differ from offer to offer. Usually vouchers are valid for two months after purchase.
Q. How do I use my voucher?
Your voucher may be redeemed to the value that is stated on it. Please advise the retailer / restaurant you have a voucher when booking. When paying your bill, present your voucher to have the value shown deducted from the amount you owe. Unfortunately any remaining value cannot be credited to the voucher and no change can be issued.
Q. What can I use my voucher for?
Unless otherwise stated vouchers may be redeemed for any goods or services available from the voucher supplier. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
Q. If I have a restaurant voucher, am I restricted to a particular menu?
Not usually. Unless stated otherwise by the offer description, the voucher is not limited to a particular menu and is valid for all food and drinks.
Q. If the retailer / restaurant is part of a 'chain' can I use my voucher in any branch / venue?
Vouchers can only be redeemed in the restaurant / retailer branch that is being specifically promoted by TopTownDeals.
Q. How can I suggest other retailers/restaurants?
Tell your favourite restaurant or retailer about TopTownDeals, then send us an email with a contact name and details to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will contact the restaurant/retailer and invite them to participate in our daily/weekly offers.
Q. What are the advantages of a TopTownDeals account?
Vouchers displayed on TopTownDeals are always extremely popular and many promotions sell out quickly. If you’re in a hurry to grab a deal it’s easy to make mistakes, which could delay your voucher purchase. With a TopTownDeals account, you need to input less information, reducing your risk of making an error, and speeding up your purchase.
Q. Is TopTownDeals a group buying site?
No. Although we think group buying is a great idea, we also think you shouldn’t have to rely on other people purchasing vouchers to make sure you get yours! So, if you purchase a voucher on TopTownDeals you can be certain that “your deal is on”.
Q. Is the payment process safe?
Yes. All orders are processed with high grade 256 bit encryption. We also use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to protect personal data at all times from unauthorised access.
Credit card payments are processed through Sage Pay, using their high security measures.
Q. Am I billed as soon as I join TopTownDeals?
Nope. You’re only charged when you decide to purchase a voucher deal from the website.
Q. Can I get a refund for my purchase?
Since TopTownDeals vouchers are often extremely popular, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. After five (5) business days, we cannot refund a voucher purchase.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards for TopTownDeal purchases.
We are sorry if this has occurred...but please rest assured TopTownDeals would never intentionally over charge you for voucher purchases. If you think you have made an over payment please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 0844 448 5654 and someone will respond to you promptly.
Q. Why was my credit card declined?
If you've received a 'credit card declined' notice, this can be attributed to a number of factors, including:
1) Credit card number entered incorrectly
2) Security code (found on the rear of most credit and debit cards) not entered correctly
3) Incorrect expiry date
If the problem involves credit limits, cash availability or fraud protection in place on your account, you should contact the bank that issued your card or your credit card provider.
