Whichever steak you choose, from rump to Chateaubriand, you’ll find they’re all cooked to perfection. All our steaks are from the award winning Ashdale breed, a small selection of farms from the West Country. We mature all our steak 7 days on the bone then between 21 & 28 days off and are hand cut by our master butcher for the most unbelievable taste.
Our Ashdale steaks were recently awarded the title of ‘Best Steak In The World’ by a jury of industry professionals for Europe’s version of good food magazine, our meat was up against ‘tough’ competition featuring top suppliers such as Aberdeen & Australian Angus, Argentine’s Finest and the industry famous La Bleue des Pres.
